Voting Question: Have others been over-charged for storage costs by North Shore Towing, Evanston, IL when their car was towed?

I had my car towed and stored at NST (parking violation, city of Evanston) recently, it was there for 30 minutes, but I was charged for a whole day. The contracted rates are as follows: $5.00 for 0-2 hours, $10.00 or $20.00 (I forget exactly) for 2-12 hours and $30.00 for 12-24 hours. I would like to see if others have been overcharged.
